Model F-54 Compact Flow Switch

 The F-54 Flow Switch is completely adjustable to meet specific flow controls. It is applicable to 3/8" to 6" pipe or equivalent, and is compatible with a wide range of fluids. Applications for the F-54 are numerous and varied: Safety cut-offs for coolant systems, pump protection, chemical processing equipment, bearing lubrication systems and even vending machines.

Of brass or stainless steel construction, with seals made from BUNA-N or Viton*, the F-54 is both durable and strong and will withstand high shock and vibration. It is also versatile, adjustable from less than 1 GPM liquid or gas equivalent to 500 GPM. It is designed to withstand operating pressures in excess of 1000 PSI.

  1. Port: F-54-1: 3/8" NPT; F-54-2: 1/2" NPT; F-54-3: 3/4" NPT. Others available.
  2. Electrical: 10 watts, 10 amp relay unit.
  3. Leads: 2, 8" long
  4. Temperature: -50 C to 140 C
